Q1: Do you had stock?

Q2: When can I receive my purchase?
A2: For ready stock, usually 3 to 5 working days, some time next day reach depend on courier services. For pre-order, usually 20-30 days, some 30-60 days. We usually will submit our order with supplier beginning of the month. Estimated reach your door step at the end of the month.

Q3: Where is your shop
A3: Our shop is in front of you. www.SmokyDiscount.com. We are eCommerce company and we only sell online. We don’t require to pay rental and utilities bill, this the reason we can sell cheaper compare to others.

Q4: Do you provide COD?
A4: We don’t do COD. Apologize as we had bad experience by doing COD. We only do POS even same region

Q5: How to track my purchase in term of parcel shipment?
A5: We will provide you the tracking no (AWB Number) before we ship out the parcel. 99% of our parcel ship using POS Laju, you may track your parcel via http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/

Q6: What if my parcel does not reach
A6: You may contact the respective courier service such as POS Laju (Pos customer service centre at 1-300-300-300) and provide them the tracking number, they will advice you your parcel status.
Once a while, in case no one sign off the delivery (no one at the destinate address), courier service will left a delivery arrangement notice. Customer require to contact the courier service to arrange the re-delivery or pickup at center, Smoky Discount will not responsibility if customer fail to arrange re-delivery/pickup with courier service.

Q7: What is my item broken when reach
A7: Please take a photo and send us. We usually practice send customer a photo on your purchase item before we pack and shipped, if the delivery cause the item broken, we require your photo as proof and claim from the respective courier services. This might take time, your patience is much appreciate and no worry, we will arrange a replacement after we claim the lost from the respective courier service.

Q8: What if manufacturing defect, I would like to request another replacement?
A8: Customer is require to take a photo of the item to ensure no damage on the product, ship back to SmokyDiscount. Any replacement shipping fees is require to bare by customer, customer may arrange your own courier company to pickup from us or we can assist to re-send with courier service charges.

Q9: What I must submit order on your website?
A9: We are 100% ecommence company. Standard procedure for ecommence is done all the transaction online. We require your personal detail and shipping address to be fill in during submit online. without a valid order number, we unable to process packing and delivery. Fail to do so, strictly no refund.

Q10: I am lazy person, can you help me submit order online?
A10: Yes we can help, please agree this term and condition and we can help to submit online by providing us name, email, contact, shipping address. We will provide you the order number after we submit. Note that no free accessories such as allen key will not provide with this purchase.
